Thank you for visiting my website. I appreciate the opportunity to represent the people of House District 77 in the House of Representatives.

As your Representative, my top priority is getting Hoosiers back to work by promoting sound economic policies. I will again offer bills that expand existing economic development programs and allow small businesses to start up and grow. By retaining existing jobs and creating new ones, we can stem the financial and social impacts on families who have suffered from long-term unemployment.

I will fight against wasteful government spending. I will continue to advocate for transparency in programs, like the failed modernization of the State’s welfare program. This program proved to be not only costly to the State and its taxpayers, but harmed countless numbers of Hoosiers who were denied benefits at no fault of their own.

Helping to stabilize neighborhoods has long been a focus of mine. I authored new legislation that helps families who were fighting to keep their homes from foreclosure. Keeping families in their homes preserves home values and maintains the stability of a neighborhood. Additionally, I authored a bill that helps neighbors fight against unsightly vacant or abandoned properties.
